Description

The Project Management Librarian/Archivist provides project management support for a range of UGA Libraries technology projects. Projects may include implementing new content management systems and library software and hardware, maintaining and improving existing systems, and promoting new systems and services to the UGA community.
A significant project for this position is the ongoing responsibility for the maintenance and development of the ArchivesSpace instance and finding aids website that is jointly used by the Hargrett Rare Book and Manuscript Library and Russell Library for Political Research and Studies. This position also shares expertise with the Digital Library of Georgia, who have a separate program for hosting ArchivesSpace instances for their partners.
