Head of Digital Scholarship

Salary Range: $64,000 to $70,000

The University of Oklahoma Libraries seeks to recruit a Head of Digital Scholarship.  This position will engage with campus entities to identify innovative and evolving digital tools and resources that advance scholarly investigation, while building upon the traditional cornerstones of research methodologies in the arts, humanities, and social sciences disciplines. The Head of Digital Scholarship will collaborate with faculty participating in projects and initiatives funded by colleges and will be a change agent, partner, educator and resource person for liaison librarians and special collections personnel involved in facilitating faculty and student digital projects.  The position will be expected to conduct regular environmental scans of the campus environment to identify emerging areas of interest.
