Description

Reporting to the Head of the Library Special Collections' (LSC) Public Services, Outreach, and Community Engagement (PSOCE) unit, the Duplication and Loan Coordinator oversees user-generated and in-house duplication orders for LSC material and serves as registrar for outgoing exhibit loans. In order to facilitate access to LSC materials, the DLC serves as the primary correspondent for duplication and loan requests and coordinates and facilitates production workflows to fulfill these requests according to LSC's policies, licensing and intellectual property guidelines, and donor restriction, liaising with external colleagues as needed. The DLC generates invoices for duplication and exhibit loan services, documenting payment and billing matters using LSC and Library systems. The DLC provides regularly scheduled reference service at the LSC Reference desk, approximately 2-3 hours per week and assists the PSOCE team with other daily tasks and projects as needed.
