The Syracuse University Libraries invites applications from creative and inquisitive individuals to join our newly-formed Department of Digital Stewardship as our Digital Library Program (DLP) Content Coordinator.  The successful applicant will work closely with our small – but dedicated – cross-organizational DLP team to produce, manage, create access to, and preserve our digital content across the variety of platforms and services that comprise our digital library infrastructure.

The DLP’s Content Coordinator provides broad support to the program, primarily through assistance in processing/ingesting files and the application of appropriate metadata. The position also helps maintain repository data and structures as assigned, as well as collection-level metadata and associated project information. This position may also perform metadata remediation as needed and accessibility remediation as requested.
