The incumbent provides assistance to programs and projects involving the digitization, processing, performing quality control, and managing of digital materials as part of the Library's programs to preserve its digital collections and use digital technology to preserve content from analog material. These programs are expected to rise in prominence as the role for preservation through analog reformatting technology is expected to decrease over time.
