Short Description:
When appropriate, independently clears claims for registration for the division by creating or updating service requests in the Copyright Office online system. Receives pre-sorted service requests and other written communications received within the Copyright Office. Prepares the system for ingestion of a group of service requests by identifying and keying specific parameters for the type of service request to be processed.
